Falerna Marina and the historic town of Lamezia
on the Tyrhenian
Sea
(west) coast of Calabria.
The airport at Lamezia Terme is just 15 minutes drive, being so close to
the airport makes the location very desirable for anyone looking for a
weekend Italian retreat or to rent out for holiday use.
The
complex offers 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments finished to a very high
standard as well as many facilities. Many of the apartments have sea
views. There will be a communal swimming pool set in lovely landscaped
gardens, tennis court, soccer fields and even a bandstand with an outside
dance floor. The beach here is popular for sports such as windsurfing.
The
location is superb, there are many facilities within walking distance. The
local area has bars & restaurants and there will be a
commercial center on the complex itself featuring coffee shops, bakeries
and restaurants to serve the residents.
Each apartment will have a large terrace and pre-installation for A/C
(units not included) and an allocated parking space. There is a show

With
beautiful romantic rocky bays and sandy beaches, Lamezia Terme is
untouched and unspoilt. Lamezia is one of the most important commercial
centres of Calabria. This fertile region produces wine, strawberries,
olives, aubergines, wheat and beets. Not to be missed are the old Greek
and Roman artefacts in the archaeological museum, such as the famous
Bronzi di Riace - two huge statues of Greek warriors dating from the 5th
century B.C. Sambiase is famous for its thermal baths at the spa of
Caronte. Lamezia is also close to Tropea - the coastal strip of Calabria,
which is often referred to as the capital of relaxation because of its
white beaches and crystal clear water.
Please
note that although the beach is just across the road from the development
there is also a railway line running along the coast, the beach is accessed by a pedestrian underpass. The effect of this
will be minimal by landscaping with trees at the front of the complex.
