How can I arrange to view these developments and the surrounding area?

We can easily arrange an inspection visit for you to look at the local area, the towns and villages, the beaches, facilities and of course the developments.

Accommodations for up to three nights at a five star resort hotel, meals and airport transfers in Italy are included courtesy of the developer. You simply pay the cost of your flight.

	Should the inspection visit be of interest to you please contact us with your proposed dates and to check availability before booking flights.
	Weekends book up quickly so please ensure you book early if you need to go during the weekend.
	Accommodations are provided at the luxurious Parco dei Principi Hotel.

You can be assured that there is absolutely no obligation to purchase, nor any sales pressure whatsoever during the visit, just a helpful and friendly service.

The only thing we do ask is that you have ensured your finances are in place by the time you are ready to travel, this way if you should decide to purchase during your trip you are in a position to go ahead. This simply means that you need to have access to Euro 3,000 (check or credit card) during your trip, plus you should have the funding available for your 50% deposit within 4 to 6 weeks of returning from your visit.
